We offer individual lessons to all standards and ages of player. Sessions will be tailored to your needs to ensure the relevant improvements are achieved. Each player project is approached as individual.

Our group lessons range from beginner to advanced for junior and adult players. We design our group lessons around the abilities and needs of the players and ensure a fun and relaxed environment with a clear focus on progression each week. We combine specific drills, movement routines and games each designed to help players to be less rushed, more skilled and successful on the court.

Sample one hour group lesson:

  • Team games for movement timing and coordination and fun
  • Introduction and demonstration of the first routine
  • Feeds – routines – conditioned games all under coach guidance and input

Junior Improver Camp:
  • Games to challenge physical and mental skills of each child including coordination / balance / spatial awareness / hand eye
  • The basics of technique and movement
  • Match play / scoring / rules
  • Camp certificate
Junior Advanced Camp:
  • Our advanced camps are open to players competing at an amateur level and above. These camps focus in detail on the essentials for success within competition. Themes include mental strength/ advanced techniques for the short games and speed & efficiency in movement.
Adult Camp:
  • Personal technical input
  • Thoughtfully structured practice routines
  • Challenging conditioned games which include tactical problem solving
  • Video feedback and reviews
  • Extensive match play with people you have not played before
  • Personal feedback from coaches with action plans for improvement
